How to Submit a Complaint

Please send all complaints via email to support@bankyskitchen.co.uk with the subject line “Complaint – [Your Issue]”. Kindly include:
Your name and contact information
The branch (Sheffield or Birmingham)
A description of the issue
Date and time of your visit (if applicable)

Response time

We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). In some cases, a resolution may take slightly longer, but we will keep you updated throughout.
