Banky’s Kitchen began with Bankole, fondly known as Banky, who moved to the UK with a heart full of dreams and a deep love for Nigerian cuisine. Fueled by a desire to bring the rich, authentic flavors of Nigeria to Sheffield, we opened Banky’s Kitchen, creating a warm space where food lovers and Nigerians in the diaspora could gather, connect, and taste home again.
What started as a Sheffield gem has now grown beyond its roots. Today, we proudly serve multiple communities, including our latest location in Birmingham, spreading the joy of Nigerian dishes and continuing our mission to make every bite a taste of home, wherever you are.

We aim to be the premier destination for Nigerian cuisine in the UK. With our roots in Sheffield and our exciting new presence in Birmingham, we envision expanding to five additional locations over the next five years.
